Intro & Goal

From March 1st til March 9th, Marcel and I (Remko) will be visiting beautiful India starting @Sunday in Mumbai and from Monday Bangalore. In Mumbai we will be visiting the Atos Bridge team, currently monitoring the Mobile Kpn and Telfort chains. In Bangalore we will be visiting Accenture, responsible for the Telfort Internet chain. Besides that the Netco goals, ServiceNow and Improvements will be important topics.

My personal goal is to listen to and understand the Indian colleagues who are so important for delivering the best quality to our customers. As long as we don't understand and can't explain why and what things are important, how can we be succesful in outsourcing. There will be so many ideas to listen to, and we have the obligation to listen to them and help in making them real. Then we will create an atmosphere of creativity and trust where beautiful things will grow from win-win situations in the benefit of our customers.

After a good sleep, we arrived around 10 at the Accenture building (Bang7). Most Accenture colleagues start later to match the Dutch times, so when we were visiting the bay, it was still quite peaceful.
